About the Event
Join our Speed Friending afternoon, where you know everyone is also coming alone, and looking for new friends! For the Speed Friending, you will be partnered with those of a similar age range. We will have 2 Speed Friendings age ranges running simultaneously in a private room in the Women's Council House on Young Avenue. There will be refreshments and nibbles to enjoy, and community tables to continue the connections.
This is NOT a dating event. I know we are know for our singles events, but speed friending is designed to make platonic connections among adults.
Are you new to Halifax, and have left all your friends behind? Did you come out of COVID with a smaller social circle than before? Have all your friends moved away, chasing their careers? Have you invested all your time in your partner, and realize you allowed your friends to fall by the wayside?…
