Social Distance Speed Dating - Ages 45-60

This social distancing speed dating event will include transparent face shields, hand sanitizer on each table, limited attendee's and social distancing seating. Dating over the last 6 months has been very tricky and J-E Matchmaking has rolled with the punches and has taken the safety measures needed to keep our amazing singles dating through these difficult times.

We have limited space available because we will only be hosting 8 men and 8 women. This is a speed dating event, but it is slightly different to those pre-covid. We will be hosting this at a private venue, and it will be just us there that evening. We will be taking the matching seriously and your only option is a romantic match (for those who have been to other events, the friend option has been removed from the matching sheet). Everyone attending is looking for a future partner, there will be no tire kickers. Please take a little extra time putting yourself together. These are high quality people, and high quality matches, it's a very good idea to look your best.

You will have 8, seven minute dates with each member of the opposite sex. After each date you will mark on your sheet who you like and who you would like to see again. Now, we know there is nothing without mutual attraction, so your dates will also be determining if they would like to see you again. At the end of the evening, please give your matching sheet to your matchmaker. She will compile the matches, and the next day you will receive an email including the first name and phone number of your matches, and you may take it from there.

***Covid Precautions ***

If you or a family memeber are at high-risk, we ask that you do not attend this in-person event. We are taking all needed measures and precautions to ensure everyone's safety, but we cannot fully garuntee everyones actions at the event. This is a social distanced speed dating event.  Upon arrival, you will be greeted outside of the venue. Everyone will sanitize their hands, and be provided with a transparent face shield before entering the event.  You will be seated the appropriate distance from your date and the surrounding couples. We will be serving you any refreshments you would like, and we will try to keep everyone to their seats in hopes of maintaining social distancing. We will be taking all the necessary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy.

*** Age - 45-60 (there will be a few years leeway younger and older than the age range. Come to the event you are attracted to)

*** Ticket Price - Tickets are $40.00 CAD for the evening (tickets must be purchased before the event to hold your spot).

*** Venue - Women's Council House (989 Young Avenue).
