Serena is dedicated to coaching individuals in learning, connecting, and nurturing their sexuality, helping you write your own narrative for a more fun and empowered sexual lifestyle.
This workshop is about building deeper, more intimate relationships with yourself and/or your partner(s) through the integration of body, mind, and soul. We will utilize clinical sexology practices, relationship psychology, and mindfulness to explore our sexual selves, empowering you to show up as the best version of yourself for both your own happiness and the world around you.
