Virtual Speed Dating Ages 19-28

With all that is going on, we have converted our in person Speed Dating event to a virtual live video speed dating event to keep all our Halifax singles safe! There’s a disconnect between online dating and real life. We love convenience, but we fall for people, not profiles. So, we created speed dating from home. In a series of 3-minute video dates, you can meet and match a handful of people in real time. Just like a face to face speed dating event, Firstdate events happen at a specific day and time. When you buy a ticket, you're reserving a seat for you to join the exclusive event at the set time.

In one night, from the safety and comfort of your own home, You will sit down for 10 three-minute video dates. At the end of your video date, you will be asked if you want to match or pass this person. Press "pass" if you don't want to match. If the user was disrespectful or negligent, you can report or block the person to remove yourself from the date. 

Firstdate work on mobile and desktop. Desktop is a better quality experience, but Firstdate works on mobile as well.

* Cost: Tickets are $25 (CAD) 

* Ages: 19-28 (we will allow a few years of leeway over and under the age range, we recommend coming to the event you would be most attracted to)   

* Tickets must be purchased before the event to hold your spot. 

* When tickets sell out, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. There may be several cancellations and it is very likely you will still be able to join us on the night.
