The Book of Love Presents - A Live Dating Show!

The Book of Love Podcast is going LIVE! Back by popular demand, we will be hosting a live dating game and then moving into the modern and always-sexy dating show, UpDating!

Hosted by your matchmaker, dating coach, and podcast host, Jean-eva Dickie. We will be joined by brave single volunteers to participate in our two shows. For those who would like to be considered as one of our bachelors or bachelorettes, email us at Jean-eva@bookoflovecanada.ca, and we will add you to the list of volunteers!

Event schedule: We will start by hosting Halifax's first LIVE Dating Game. Do you remember The Dating Game that premiered in 1965? We will be recreating this on stage! One handsome bachelor and 3 lovely bachelorettes. The bachelor will ask the bachelorettes a series of questions to try to get to know each of them. The goal? For the bachelor to choose one lovely lady, without knowing what she looks like, to be his date.

Following this classic show, we will move into the more risqué and modern dating show, UpDating (linked above).

Tickets are $25.00 (Early Bird) or $30 (General Admission) to reserve your spot. We will be selling both tables and individual tickets. Don't worry if none of your friends would like to join you! If you purchase an individual ticket, you will be seated at a community table with other singles. Or if you and your friends are feeling social, feel free to grab individual tickets, and we will seat you together at a community table. Who knows, maybe the dating show won't be the only way connections are made that night.
